Yoga For Health



Now a day there is lots of health peoblem which created by himself.
these problems may be physical, mental, social, emotional or spritual.
people wants free from these problem and find lots of way to treat it,
but there is only way for complete health and that is yoga.

yoga gives complete freedom from these disease/ problems. the yoga practitioner
prevent himself with natural way of treatment
. like doing shatkriyas which clean his body organs performing some asanas to increase flaxiblity, healthy joints movement, increase muscle tone, doing pranayama to correct & regulate breathing instead of incorrect/irregulate breathing habits,
